RETURN POLICY
If you need to return a product, please ensure the following conditions are met:
• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Returns initiated for personal reasons (not due to a product defect or fulfillment error) will require the customer to cover all return shipping costs.
• If your return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs in full.

REFUND POLICY
Our herbal products are formulated to deliver noticeable benefits when used consistently. If you do not experience results within 60 days, you may qualify for a refund under the following terms:
• Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.
• Refunds are not available for taste-related concerns, as taste is subjective and not reflective of product quality or effectiveness.
• This refund policy is limited to a one-time use per customer and applies to only one product per order.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the request has been reviewed and approved.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
• Opened or used products (unless defective)
• Products returned outside of the 30-day return window
